Accidentally clicking on "confirm payment" is bad bad #1

If an user accidentally clicks on "confirm payment" without having paid and then tries to go back to actually pay the "pay" button is not shown, UI should be a little more forgiving, not sure what the solution to this looks like.

1. add confirmation dialog for payment confirmation (🤮)
2. remove the guard to only show pay button if payment is not confirmed (meh, makes it potentially confusing for others)
3. tentatively swap the buttons, i have an hunch it migth be misclicked bc it is on the right (?)
